Job Title: Managerial role (Ultrasound product sales)
Location: Near Tin Factory Bangalore
Experience: 10 15 years
Salary: upto 18 lakhs (depends on the candidates overall final evaluation)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals providing guidance support and motivation to ensure team success.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the ultrasound industry.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
5. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
6. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members to drive continuous improvement.
7. Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and analysis to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 1015 years of experience in ultrasound product sales.
Previous experience in a team handling role is a must.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
