Senior Software Developer Dotnet Stack

• Software Development: Design develop and deploy highquality software applications using Dotnet SQL Server C# and React.
• Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality performance and adherence to best practices.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers assisting them in problemsolving and skill development.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to software development ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software development technologies and methodologies.

• Strong proficiency in Dotnet SQL Server C# and React with at least 10 to 15 years of handson experience in software development.
• Solid understanding of software development principles design patterns and best practices.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

• Knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms would be a plus.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure cloudbased solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
