NSO - Bartender Mumbai

1. Prepare menu of beverages including cocktails mocktails coffees teas and other specialty drinks adhering to established recipes and company standards.
2. Travel to outlet as and when required.
3. Maintain a clean organized and wellstocked bar area ensuring proper inventory management rotation of supplies and adherence to hygiene and safety standards on the outlet.
4. Collaborate with the catering or events team to coordinate beverage services for corporate events meetings and functions ensuring timely delivery and setup as per client requirements.
5. Assist in maintaining and updating beverage menus suggesting new offerings and incorporating seasonal or trending items to enhance the beverage service experience.
6. Work collaboratively with other team members including servers kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in bartending hospitality or a related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a bartender in a corporate or upscale setting with a strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques cocktail recipes and customer service principles.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with corporate clients guests and colleagues.
4. Detailoriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
5. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact diplomacy and discretion.
6. Flexible availability to work daytime evening and occasional weekend shifts as required by corporate events and functions.
7. Must possess relevant bartending licenses or certifications as required by local regulations and company policies.
