JOB DESCRIPTION
- This is a revised role and structure supporting the management of thirdparty (3P) assets.
- Building upon current workflow and responsibilities recommending the creation of a fulltime Business Ops Coordinator position dedicated to overseeing 3P asset management.
Position Overview:
- The proposed role Business Ops Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for managing the endtoend process of gathering validating and publishing thirdparty assets ensuring alignment with company standards and launch timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Management:
- Validate all imagery assets (PDP Campaign Imagery) to ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional partners to gather necessary source documents and product information.
- Rename and organize assets for easy access and retrieval.
Vendor Communication:
- Serve as the main liaison for vendors regarding asset requests and sourcing.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of required assets and address any issues.
- CreativeDrive Platform Coordination:
- Submit assets and associated product information to the CreativeDrive platform.
- Monitor delivery status and address any discrepancies or delays.
Website Management:
- Publish and update assets on the website ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Resolve any issues related to assets through the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Amazon Case Management
- Support filing cases in Amazons seller central platform to resolve issues.
Collaboration and Efficiency Enhancements:
- Establish streamlined workflows and timelines for asset management working closely with key stakeholders (3P merchants marketing).
- Develop a comprehensive PDP image calendar aligned with product launch dates and merchandising calendars.
- Implement guidelines for consistent asset management across all product categories
