Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

• The Senior CRM Developers will be responsible for:
  
• Contributing to the technical design of solutions using a breadth of knowledge and experience.
  
• Working closely with the solutions architect and technical leads to deliver high quality solutions that meet the standards set by the delivery team.
  
• Building tools to automate and streamline the build and delivery of solutions.
  
• Sharing knowledge and mentoring staff and members of the broader team.
  
• Being a valued member of a multidisciplinary agile delivery team and actively participating in daily and weekly agile ceremonies.
  
• Using excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure there is a shared understanding of problems and solutions amongst technical and nontechnical staff. DEED OF STANDING OFFER SONPage 2
  
• Undertake work that is complex or time sensitive and operate under limited direction with the opportunity for autonomy and accountability.
  

Requirements

• Subject matter expert of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with depth and breadth understanding of the platform with the ability to stay current and up to date on trends and technologies;
  
• Demonstratable 5 years of experience in software engineering and/or technology roles working with complex applications and solutions with Dynamics 365 delivering building and upgrading platforms and solutions;
  
• Experience with Microsoft .Net framework and core technologies;
  
• Experience in building APIs and Restful Services;
  
• Good knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and processes including Continuous Integration/Continuous Development Test Driven Development and Automation;
