With our expansion across Europe were in search of an enthusiastic and motivated Remote Sales Advisor fluent in German to join us. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate in a fastpaced environment engaging with clients and actively contributing to our businesss growthall while working remotely.

In this role youll drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Your primary responsibilities include presenting our range of products and services tailored to the manufacturing sector. Excellent communication skills a proactive sales approach and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment are crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate proactive outreach to potential clients through various channels such as telephone and email.

Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients tailoring sales pitches accordingly.

Build strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing and product development to align on sales strategies and objectives.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.

Stay updated on industry trends market shifts and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs demonstrating a resultsdriven mindset and commitment to improvement.



Qualifications:

Fluency in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

At least two years of experience in sales or customer acquisition ideally within the manufacturing sector.

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Selfmotivation and proactivity with a strong desire to pursue new business opportunities.

Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment demonstrating resilience and adaptability.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.

While a bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred it is not required.
