Position: Business Development Manager
Salary Package (CTC/year): (INR 4L 10L)
Location: Velechery Chennai 600042
Skills: Project Forwarding General Forwarding Strong Communication Skills (English Tamil) & Latest AI applications
Minimum Experience: 3 years

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our client base and increase revenue within the project forwarding industry such as breakbulk RORO Heavy transportation Cross Trade & General Freight Forwarding (Contract Management).

  2. Handle key customer ongoing business Identify and prioritize new key accounts based on their project needs industry focus and revenue potential.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry influencers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  4. Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic partnerships.



Requirements

Proven track record with at least 3 years of experience in sales & business developments profile.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively and internal teams.
Proficiency in software and tools including familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset to address client challenges effectively

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Proven track record with at least 3+ years of experience in logistics and sales, preferably in a key account management role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in logistics software and tools, including familiarity with supply chain management systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to address client challenges effectively
