Auto Body Technician

We are recruiting qualified Auto Body Technicians in Victoria BC. Reliable and certified Technicians will integrate into an established team while providing quality repairs and restore services to damaged motor vehicle body parts.

COMPENSATION

• $90000 $150000/year on flat rate and bonus system
  
• Relocation assistance (case by case)
  
• Experienced Techs are billing 80 hours per week.
  
• Bonus Tiers: Extra compensation for exceeding the semimonthly threshold of billed time: (110 134 hours) (135 160 hours) (161 hours)

SCHEDULE

• Day shift; Monday to Friday; 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
  

JOB DUTIES:

• Hammer out dents buckles and other defects using blocks and hammers
  
• Repair & replace front end & body components doors frame & underbody components
  
• Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes dents and seams
  
• Remove damaged fenders panels and grills using wrenches and cutting torch and bolt or weld replacement parts into place
  

REQUIRMENTS:

• Certified Auto Body and Collision Technician
  
• Driver s license
  
• Preemployment background checks
