Position: Business Analyst (PreSales)
Experience Level: 01 year

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Analyst (PreSales). This entrylevel position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong analytical and communication skills to kickstart their career in the field of business analysis and presales. As a Business Analyst (PreSales) with 01 year of experience you will work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements analyze business needs and contribute to the presales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and Generate leads with the sales team to gather and understand customer requirements for potential projects or products.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering engaging presentations product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
  • Analyze customer needs and business problems to identify potential solutions and provide recommendations.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining sales collaterals including product documentation case studies and presentations.
  • Prepare and contribute to RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales product management and development to ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
  • Participate in client meetings workshops and presentations to gather requirements and provide insights.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) records and databases.
  • Stay updated with industry trends market developments and competitive landscape in the relevant domain.
  • Support the sales team in the negotiation and closing of deals including contract review and pricing discussions.
Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration management or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of business analysis principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret customer requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information and ideas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn about new products and industry domains.
  • Any prior experience or internships in business analysis presales or customerfacing roles is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
