Job Position: Sales Executive

Company Background: Distribution of PC Components

Salary Package: RM7000 & above Commission Incentive

Working Hour: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) 9am to 1pm (Alternate Saturday)

Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Meru Selatan

Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing daily operations in sales department

Leading sales teams by providing guidance training and mentorship setting sales quotas and goals product knowledge creating sales plans analyzing data and assigning sales territories and building sales team

Hiring and training sales staff relaying information from management to department sales about sales quotas and planning

Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that there is sufficient stock of items that are likely to sell quickly

Job Requirement:

Strong analysis and communication skill

Create strategic sales plan that minimizes losses maximizes profit and creates sustainable growth for company

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams experience aligning sales efforts with the efforts of an external team

Willing to travel

Welcome fresh /10 years experiece

Have sales experience in IT or Distribution experience
