RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing corporate partnership individual trust or estate tax returns.
- Reviewing returns prepared by staff and providing training.
- Communicating with clients as a trusted advisor regarding tax preparation planning and complex tax issues.
- Corresponding with tax authorities regarding tax notices.
- Performing research and being the contact person for the IRS on a clients behalf.
- Accounting services for tax clients.
- Financial statement preparation and compilation engagements.
REQUIREMENTS
- CPA license (Required).
- Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field.
- 7 years of experience.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively delegate work as needed.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical research and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail.
