Hiring For Operation Manager/Director

• Previous working experience as GM Operation Director.
• Experience in Heavy Equipment with Leadership Position is must.
• Serve as a liaison to Sales and After Sales to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with executivelevel management in the development of performance goals and longterm operational plans.
• Analyse current operational processes and performance recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
• Build and maintain relationships with all department heads external partners and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
• Experience in budget and business plan development.
• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity.
• Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software.
• Experience related to any industry.
• Working in MultiNational companies.
• Bilingual Arabic/English.
• Age 3045.
• Education: MBA or candidates from Automotive Engineering field preferred.
