Proposal Coordinator

Fullservice engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Proposal Coordinator to their Indianapolis office!

• Lead development of compliant and highquality client submittals in a fastpaced environment
  
• Coordinate/execute all aspects of the proposal process
  
• Lead kickoff meetings
  
• Responsible for all proposal deliveries (compliance matrix development assigning responsibilities monitoring deadlines proposal organization layout writing/editing content and compliance)
  
• Support the development of technical narratives/illustrations
  
• Collaborate with team members
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree
  
• 3 years of experience developing client submittals (preferably in the A/E/C industries)
  
• Experience with Designbuild and/or P3 client submittals preferred
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign)
  
• Experience with CRM or data management software (Deltek Vantagepoint and collaboration platforms) preferred
  
• Experience in Graphic design technical illustration and Adobe illustrator and Photoshop preferred
  
• Strong project management analytical and decisionmaking skills
  
• Ability to handle multiple client submittals simultaneously under tight deadlines
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
