Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across various platforms
• Monitor online conversations and engage with the community
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and engaging content
• Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
• Contribute to the development of social media strategies and campaigns
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms
• Assist in influencer outreach and partnership management
• Support the execution of paid social media advertising campaigns
• Assist in writing and editing social media copy and captions
• Research and identify relevant industry trends and news for content curation
• Assist in organizing and implementing social media contests and promotions
• Participate in social media strategy brainstorming and planning

Required Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recent graduate with a degree in Marketing Communications or related field
• Demonstrated passion for social media and digital marketing
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
• Creativity and ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media management tools
• Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Understanding of SEO and content optimization is a plus
• Previous experience in social media marketing or internships is a plus
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms is a plus
