Functions

1. Troubleshoot maintain and repair all equipment and company assets in a food processing environment.
2. Play a crucial role in ensuring a safe work environment.
3. Adhere to policies and procedures to maintain operational standards and compliance.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience in maintenance with a single employer.
2. Ability to understand technical and training manuals.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Willingness to work a rotating schedule.
   

Skills

1. Graduated from an industrial maintenance training program in the last 3 years.

Benefits

1. Starting base pay range from $23.95 to $30.80 per hour.
2. $4000 signon bonus for all new hires with additional increments at 3 6 9 and 12 months of employment.
