Customer Service Executive German speaking

Were partnering with a leading airline to find passionate and customerfocused Air Travel Consultants who are fluent in German! This exciting opportunity offers the flexibility to work onsite in Brno or remotely from anywhere in the Czech Republic after an initial training period.

Tasks

• Be the primary point of contact for airline customers by handling incoming phone calls in German and English.
• Assist customers with reservations cancellations online checkin navigating terms and policies and more.
• Accurately document customer interactions within the designated system.
• Provide prompt and friendly solutions to customer inquiries while maintaining high efficiency and quality to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Fluency in German (B2 level) and English (B2 level) both spoken and written
• Willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic or already be a resident
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Positive friendly optimistic and stressresistant with a serviceoriented mindset
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights in a fastpaced environment
• For remote work: a stable highspeed wired internet connection (minimum 16 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload) and a smartphone
