Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms (job boards social media campus recruiting)
• Manage and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Participate in candidate screening and phone interviews
• Aid in scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide administrative support to the talent solutions team (data entry report generation etc.)
• Research industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proactive and resourceful problemsolver
• Interest in developing a career in talent acquisition or human resources
