We are hiring a Customer Service Office for our client FiveS Digital with responsibilities as follows.
The candidate should be ready to work between 8am 10pm window.
Good analyzing and quick learning is mandatory requirement.
The candidate must display empathy. Empathy is the ability to understand another persons emotions and perspective.
Should be a problem solver. Being able to solve problems is key to customer service.
Communication skills are important
Active listening is a must
Technical knowledge is another must
Patience while handling customer queries
Tenacity.
Adaptability.
Essential Qualifications: PUC2 / Any degree (No Pursuing Candidates)
Desirable Qualifications: English Hindi
Additional Notes:
Should be excellent in communication verbal & written
Should be good at computer system navigations
