Your Responsibilities:

• Listening to customers questions and concerns providing the best possible answers and solutions;
  
• Troubleshooting regarding orders deliveries payments and returns;
  
• Providing information about products;
  
• Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.
  

What you will need:

• Fluent level of Norwegian (at least C1)
  
• Good level of English (at least B2)
  
• Communication skills
  
• Be open to a permanent relocation to Greece with our excellent relocation package!
  

What you will gain:

• Standard salary of 1029 gross per month
  
• 14 salaries per year as per Greek law
  
• Annual Salary: 14 406 per year

• Salary increase: 100 gross per month after spending the first 6 months in the company
