We are looking for a Sales & Marketing professional holding a Managerial position with experience in Engineering Mining & metals industries.
Job description
:
Customer Portfolio Specialist :
To support the Customer Portfolio Manager in analyzing the current customer base defining the customer relationship strategy managing loyalty programs and measuring the customer relationship performance
Sales Specialist :
To identify handle and close sales opportunities including offer creation and submission and creation of legally binding agreements as well as to manage the OTO performance
Offer Specialist :
To create a customer offer ensuring the feasibility in terms of lead time and margin
Sales Account Manager :
To establish longterm account relationships and define the account plans and to create and close framework agreement with key accounts
Sales Operations Specialist :
To support the Sales Operations Manager in developing the sales forecast defining and allocating sales targets and defining the sales budget
Sales Strategy Specialist :
To identify handle and close sales opportunities including offer creation and submission and creation of legally binding agreements as well as to manage the OTO performance
Keep abreast with MM market information and identify new business prospects in ongoing / upcoming projects.
Product promotion Make Technical presentations attend seminars and participate in Trade exhibitions
Ensure smooth handover of contract to PJM
Coordinate and monitor the order execution and despatch of material and communicate the same to the customer.
Monitor and extend support in follow up for the outstanding receivables/recoveries from the customer.
Transfer the feedback received from the customers the the technical departments for improvement of performance of our products. .
Qualification:
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
Preferably with MBA Marketing
Experience:
12 to 15 years experience in engineering mining & metals industries
Desirable:
Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
Strong negotiation skills
Able to travel
