Roles and Responsibility
We are looking for a Bridge SE position for our global business. We started Myanmar offshore in 2014 and currently boast the No.1 share in DX development among Japanese IT companies in Myanmar. We have a QA team to guarantee the quality of Japanese products while we collaborate with our Japanese headquarters and Myanmar subsidiary to develop systems and web production which is rare in Myanmar.
- Currently we have more than 30 Myanmar system engineers
- We have monthly team activities in the company so we can communicate with other members in the company
- We have a subsidiary in Myanmar so you can continue your work after returning to your home country
Job Description
- Project management and member management for the entire offshore development
- Definition of requirements and design
- Training and followup of young engineers
- Planning/promotion of optimal solutions to client issues
- Proactive communication with development team and clients
Mainly you are entrusted with the overall management of offshore projects and member management. In offshore development many projects are mainly using PHP (Laravel) and you will be involved in promoting projects that meet the needs and challenges of our clients. Leadership or project management experience is not required. We look forward to hearing from you if you have even a passing interest in bridge system engineering or if you are looking for a challenge!
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of work experience (at least 2 years working experience in Japan)
- Experience in Java PHP (Laravel required) Ruby development
- Experience in consistent development from design to testing
- Japanese N2 or above (Business level conversation is required for those who have not obtained N2)
- Experience in writing design and test specifications in Japanese
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in project management and member management
- Experience in requirements documentation and customer negotiation
- Experience working with infrastructure such as AWS and GCP
- Experience in development using serverside JavaScript frameworks (Node.js Vue.js React.js Angular.js etc.)
