Description
You will play a crucial role in INCREFF s growth by leading QA initiatives using Java based tools and facilitating go live for customers ecommerce and their ERP integrations.
This role involves close collaboration with customers various channel partners and internal technology teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation.
Responsibilities
Responsible to provide Technical/Production support by timely assistance in resolving integration issues and facilitate thorough testing.
Onboarding new marketplace/ERPs and interacting with customers and marketplace/ERP s technical teams.
Responsible to implement standard testing procedures with respect to the channels and customers.
Responsible to take ownership of maintaining integrations post golive ensuring ongoing performance and reliability.
Responsible to ensure documentation and doing necessary automations required at the multiple stages of customer onboarding.
You will also be gaining a deep understanding of the ecommerce and fashion industry by interacting with all ecommerce giants of the world.
Requirements
12 Years of experience in SQL and basic experience with Java/J2EE.
Knowledge of PostmanRest APIs is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good problemsolving and interpersonal skills
Processoriented and well organized
ECommerce and Retail domain is a plus
Engineering degree in any discipline
