MHG is seeking an experienced microbiologist doctor on behalf of an esteemed client in the Thessaloniki area.

Position Description:

• Conducting detailed analysis of laboratory samples including blood tissues and other bodily fluids using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Providing accurate and timely clinical diagnostic results.
• Regularly checking and maintaining the quality of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Close collaboration with other healthcare professionals to discuss laboratory findings propose further tests or clarify diagnostic details.
• Ensuring accurate data recording and management maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
• Observing and promoting strict laboratory safety procedures and controls.
• Providing consultation to physicians regarding appropriate selection and use of tests.
• Continuous updating on the latest developments in microbiological diagnosis to ensure that laboratory methodologies meet or exceed industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Professional license.
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques and methods.
• Understanding of medical procedures.
• Very good command of English.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Communication skills and team spirit.
• Developed communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
