Tasks

• Lead the product development process from conceptualization to commercialization ensuring alignment with market trends customer needs and company objectives.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design sourcing and production to deliver highquality products that exceed customer expectation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to enhance the companys competitive position.
• Build and manage a highperforming sales team providing coaching guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze sales data market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers suppliers and industry partners.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (Mas
• Proven track record of success in product development and sales leadership roles within the apparel industry.
• Deep understanding of apparel buying and sourcing processes market dynamics and industry trends.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to reside in Dhaka Bangladesh (250 days minimum in a year).
