IT LAB INSTRUCTOR

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist students in the IT lab
• Provide technical support for hardware and software related issues
• Deliver training on IT tools and applications
• Assist in the development and maintenance of lab resources
• Resolve technical problems and troubleshoot system issues
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and updates on lab equipment
• Assess and report on students progress and needs
• Ensure lab safety and compliance with regulations
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
• Participate in professional development activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience in IT support or related role
• Proficiency in operating systems and software applications
• Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in training or teaching IT concepts
• Knowledge of networking and security principles
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
• Certifications in relevant IT domains
• Understanding of educational technology and learning management systems
