Data Analytics Manager

As a Data Analytics Manager YOU will:

Lead the data analytics team in the execution of the design development deployment and support of the different reporting and business intelligence requirements of SYSS Supply Chain

Collaborate with different business partners within the SYSS organization to achieve the identified business intelligence and project objectives.

Drive prioritization and maintenance of the project backlog setting business partners expectations communication and reporting effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Streamline data processing and reporting workflows and drive automation where possible to improve efficiency and accuracy of reports and dashboards.

Support ad hoc reporting and development activities as necessary.

Collaborate with the Datawarehouse and Oracle database team to resolve any data source related issues and requests such as changes in the data source queries and refresh schedules.

Set and implement standards and best practices for endtoend report development and business intelligence generation.

Create highlevel presentations and reports for executive management and business leaders.

Support individual performance and career development for the Data Analytics team

Support QMS and ISMS Certification activities and ensure compliance

For This Role You Will Need:
Graduate of a 4year course in Engineering Data Science IT or similar fields
At least five (5) years of experience in data analysis business intelligence and project management
Proficiency with data analytics tools platforms and applications (e.g. Excel SharePoint SQL Python) as well as data visualization software (e.g. Power BI Oracle FAW)
Strong knowledge on data governance.
Experienced in the use of ERP systems like Oracle
People management

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Background in Agile SAFe methodologies is preferred
Ability to work with all levels and with different organizations.

Location Pasig

Work Set up Hybrid (2 days Onsite 3 days WFH)

Shift Schedule Mid Shift (1pm to 10pm MNL)
