As of 1/1/2024 ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. Welle (Verbal Deescalation bundle training required) OR CPI OR PMCS

The Interventional Radiology Lab provides care to both the acute inpatient population as well as the elective outpatient population. Care is primarily provided within the Cardiovascular Lab located on the 4th floor of the Pruyn Pavilion at Glens Falls Hospital. Staff is available 24/7 for any emergency procedure during off hours weekends and holidays. Care is provided through an interdisciplinary team of specialized physicians registered clinical nurses and registered radiology technologists.
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
0hrs nonbillable orientation
OT Holiday and CallBack multiplier: 1.25%
Callback: 4/hour

- Previous IR experience current to 12 months Required
- Experience with AdolescentGeriatric Required
- NY Rad Tech License Required
- ARRT (R) Required (VI) Preferred
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License ARRT and BLS Facility will not pend license/certs)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ARRT
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New York
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NY license must be in hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license
Weekend Requirements : No scheduled weekend shifts/call only. HOLIDAY CALL REQUIRED
On Call Requirements : 1 nights/week every 4th weekend. HOLIDAY CALL REQUIRED
