Chief Financial Officer

• Responsible for the endtoend strategic planning implementation management of all financial activities of the company including business planning budgeting forecasting risk and governance as well as negotiations.
  
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders and board members of the company.
  
• Provide leadership direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
  
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.
  
• Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.
  
• Advising on longterm business and financial planning.
  
• Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets.
  
• Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the company.
  
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as CFO finance officer or relevant role for 10 years and above
  
• Complete Bachelor s/Masters Degree in Finance Economics Business Administration Management Public Administration or a related field.
  
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
  
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. UBS or SAP)
  
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
  
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
  
• Excellent communication and people skills
  
• An analytical mind comfortable with numbers
