Private Client Solicitor
Sheffield South Yorkshire Hybrid working
About the role
We have an opportunity for a fulltime experienced fee earner to join our Private Client department.
We are looking for a talented motivated and clientfocused individual. The successful candidate will work alongside our Head of Department and Operations Manager on a diverse range of tasks including:
- Advising and supporting clients on estate planning matters Wills Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Estate and Trust administration
- Drafting Wills Powers of Attorney Trust deeds and documents
- Dealing with highnetworth clients trusts and estates

Requirements
About you
We re looking for an experienced Fee Earner either Solicitor Legal Exec or nonqualified F/E. We are open to different levels of experience/qualification so long as you re a capable stand alone fee earner with good Wills Probate Estate and ideally Trust experience.
Our ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong drafting and presentation skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Able to work with minimal supervision take responsibility and display initiative
- Commitment to professional development
- STEP membership is preferred but not essential
