This individual will be responsible for preparing financial reports performing account reconciliations maintaining the general ledger preparing tax returns and assisting with audit preparations.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Preparing financial analyses and reports
• Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure
• Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Investigating and resolving audit findings account discrepancies and issues of noncompliance
• Preparing federal state local and special tax returns
• Reports costs productivity margins and expenditures for companies and organizations

Additional Skillset required:

• Excellent MS Office skills accounting software and databases
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Cost Accounting experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma (minimum)
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (plus)
