Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Optimize data engineering processes for performance and efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot data issues ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Implement best practices for data governance and security.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Explore and implement new technologies for data processing and analysis.
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of big data solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data architecture and standards.
• Document data pipelines processes and solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in data engineering ETL development and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Python SQL and scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of big data technologies and tools such as Hadoop Spark or Kafka.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Knowledge of data governance data quality and security principles.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and deliver highquality solutions within timelines.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities within a diverse team.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Certifications in data engineering or related fields is advantageous.
• Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems.
