Start date: 04.04.2024 Location: BerlinKreuzberg (HybridModell) Weekly hours: 30 40 h Working hours: Mon Fri between 08:00 AM and 6:00 PM no weekends Salary: 2.182 2.402/month (Fixed salary 2.152 /month at 40h/week w(at)h Bonus 30 /month performance bonus up to 250 /month)

Tasks

• Advising our Frenchspeaking customers by telephone and email
• Solving queries quickly and competently to increase customer satisfaction
• Processing and resolving customer complaints
• Building relationships with the new and existing customer base
• Adhering to the principles and values of our company

Requirements

• Fluency inFrench and English (C2level)
• Excellent customer service expertise
• Previous experience in a customer focused or sales environment previous contact centre experience is desirable
• Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process
• Proficient IT Skills (MicrosoftOffice)
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Being flexible and open to a new challenge
• Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
• Empathetic and socially competent personality
• Valid work permit for Germany
• Willingness to work in the office in Berlin
