Program Manager - Enterprise Applications

Overview:

Responsible for planning executing and overseeing multiple IT projects and programs aimed at achieving our strategic objectives.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams manage resources and ensure the timely delivery of highquality IT solutions that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive program plans including project scopes objectives timelines and budgets.
Lead crossfunctional teams and project managers in the successful delivery of IT programs.
Define program objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
Monitor and report on program progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize program requirements.
Manage program budgets allocate resources effectively and optimize spending.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies quality standards and best practices.
Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement within the IT team.
Act as the primary point of contact for senior management and stakeholders providing regular updates on program status and performance.
Drive a culture of accountability transparency and excellence in program delivery.

Skills:

BE/B.Tech/MBA with 10 years of experience.
Proven experience as a Program Manager in IT with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT programs and projects.
Strong understanding of IT architectures systems and technologies.
PMP or Equivalent Certification
Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools and software
