Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content optimization strategies.
• Implement onpage optimization techniques to improve website visibility and SERP rankings.
• Develop and execute offpage optimization techniques including link building and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and manage SEO campaigns including content creation and distribution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to modify strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design and content creation.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize website structure and navigation to enhance user experience and search engine crawlability.
• Provide SEO recommendations for website architecture content and linking.
• Generate regular performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in search engine marketing and industry best practices.
• Identify and address technical SEO issues to improve website performance.
• Participate in the development and implementation of link building strategies.
• Lead and coordinate testing and implementation of SEO tactics to improve site performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Computer Science or related field.
• Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in keyword research and analysis using SEO tools such as SEMrush Moz or Ahrefs.
• Expertise in onpage and offpage optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of HTML CSS and website administration.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other SEO performance tracking tools.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Certifications such as Google Analytics or Google AdWords are a plus.
