Role: Senior SEO Specialist

We are looking for a candidate with a solid understanding of technical SEO and a proven track record of implementing advanced technical and nontechnical SEO tactics. The ideal individual should have the ability to think both strategically and tactically delivering handson SEO solutions that align with our broader digital marketing strategies.
The Senior SEO Specialist plays a vital role within Clodura s marketing team bridging the gap between technical SEO theory and practical execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled SEO professional to directly influence our organizations online visibility and search engine performance.
Role & Responsibilities:
Work closely with the marketing teams to create SEO & SEM strategies.
Conducting onsite and offsite analysis of web SEO competition.
Run technical audits on our websites.
Focus on improving Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs) for the corporate website.
Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance
Increase organic and referral traffic volumes on the company site with the overall goal of increasing conversions.
Implement paid advertising strategy.
Identify target keywords review metadata & implement them.
Work towards developing a strong link building strategy for the website and its implementation.
Work closely with reporting manager to enable the articles writing activities to help build back link to the website from high domain authority sites.
Conducting adhoc competitor research activities identifying trends and giving appropriate recommendations to marketing teams on the best SEO practices.
Monitor and report on KPIs using Analytics tools AdWords and social insight tools.
Generate monthly reports on SERPs and advertising engagement for different campaigns.
Generate regular & adhoc analytics reports of various sections of the website based on requests from different stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:

5 years of experience in SEO SEM or similar role will have an advantage.
Agency background with handling SaaSbased startup websites is a plus.
Must have strong experience in building strong backlink profiles for B2B websites and improve the search ranking.
Must have strong experience in utilizing HARO guest blogging and many more tactics.
Wellversed with all latest google algorithms and their impacts.
Certification of SEO Google Ads Google Analytics Digital Marketing is a must.
Ready to face challenges execute learned theoretical knowledge.
Experience with SEO reporting is a plus.
Knowledge and handson experience on Google Analytics 4 SEMrush Google Webmaster Hotjar Ahrefs Google Tag Manager and other analytical tools.
Basic to advance level knowledge of HTML/CSS
Strong analytical organizational and leadership skills and datadriven thinking.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
Bachelors/master s degree in marketing or equivalent is preferred.
Prior experience in a SaaSbased and startup environment is a definite plus.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Strong attention to detail
Must be comfortable with digital marketing tactics for B2B segment.
Thrive in a fastpaced environment and juggle multiple projects at a time.
Keep up to date with SEO trends etc.
