As a Lead SAS Developer you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of complex SASbased solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of financial analytics and regulatory compliance.
  
• Utilize advanced SAS programming skills including macro programming to enhance data processing and integration.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust scalable and secure SAS applications ensuring compliance with Basel regulations prudential reporting standards RWA/RCM calculations and IFRS regulations.
  
• Drive the orchestration of SAS processes optimizing performance and reliability of financial reporting and analytical applications.
  
• Mentor junior developers in SAS programming techniques and best practices fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• A solid foundation of 810 years in SAS programming including significant experience with Base SAS SAS Macro Programming and connecting to external data stores.
  
• Demonstrated experience in application development focusing on SAS programming and data analytics within the financial industry.
  
• Expertise in understanding and applying regulatory compliance requirements relevant to financial reporting and analytics including knowledge of Basel regulations prudential reporting RWA/RCM calculation and IFRS regulation.
  
• Proven ability to analyze develop code test debug and document SAS applications to meet business and compliance requirements.
  
• Experience working in both Unix and Windows environments with a track record of successful project delivery in complex multiplatform settings.
