COVID19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID19 will be required to sign a Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask at all times during the respiratory virus season. This will be 5 8hour shifts and will support Aerodigestive and MRI.Job Summary:This position performs a variety of technical support functions related to provision of supplies and equipment for the anesthesiologists in all patient areas to provide for the ongoing maintenance of the area in accordance with all standards and requirements. Education Requirements:No education requirements Experience Requirements:6 months previous Anesthesia Tech experience.Experience working with pediatric population preferred. Certification/License/Registry Requirements:Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.ASATT certification preferred.
