LeadArchitect SAP FICO Consultant with Record to Report RTR Exp

Position: Lead/Architect SAP FICO Consultant with Record to Report (RTR) Exp
Duration: ASAP to 03/2025
Location: 90% remote

Requirement US Citizen preferred Green Card or H1B visa ok.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Need a Solution expert and team lead in the RTR space with A&D and/or discrete manufacturing experience.

• Should have experience building a roadmap and maintain a vision for customers goals.
• Expert in SAP S/4HANA global design with US localization (three FLC of S/4HANA) and should be able to perform design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA systems to meet client business requirements. Create business process procedures (BPPs) swim lane process flows functional specifications configuration guides and testing scripts.

• SAP FI CO AP AM AR GPM (Government Property Management) experience needed within a complex OEM Aviation or A&D manufacturing space.
• Government Resource Related Billing (RRB) Contract holdback & DOD Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) to achieve CAS compliance.
• Know Actual Costing Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Workforce Authorization Management (WAM) and Defense Contractors Disclosure Statement requirements.
• Dassian experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP Roadmap for respective Value Stream and ability to define a target endstate and transitional plan within context of customer project portfolio.
• Familiar with Agile methodology and its constructs.
• Expert in using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Word Visio and Project).
• Targeted travel as needed to client locations.
• Lead and mentor team members and provide best practices training to endusers.
• Understand Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and provide best practices training to endusers.
