We are looking for passionate and dedicated Junior Cricket Coaches to join our team in Gurgaon Haryana. As a Junior Cricket Coach you will play a vital role in nurturing young talent and fostering a love for cricket among aspiring players.

Gender: Male / Female

Qualification:

• Must have represented at the district state or national level in cricket.
  
• Minimum of 12 years of coaching experience in cricket.
  

Location: Gurgaon Haryana

Working Days: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Saturday Sunday

Timings: 5:00 PM 7:00 PM

Salary: 650 per session (additional compensation based on experience and interview performance)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting cricket coaching sessions for junior players focusing on skill development and game tactics.
  
• Support the head coach in organizing training drills practice matches and fitness sessions.
  
• Provide individualized coaching to players addressing areas for improvement and promoting overall growth.
  
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to motivate young players and instill confidence.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during training sessions and matches.
  
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to develop and implement training programs and strategies.
  
• Attend coaching meetings workshops and seminars to enhance coaching knowledge and skills.
  

Requirements:

• Strong cricket playing background with a passion for coaching and mentoring young players.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with junior players.
  
• Understanding of cricket techniques rules and game strategies.
  
• Previous coaching experience at the junior level is preferred.
  
• Commitment to player development sportsmanship and teamwork.
  
• Certification in coaching or relevant cricket coaching courses would be an advantage.
