Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing support to employees and management across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices and labor laws and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the recruitment and selection process including job posting resume screening interviewing and candidate selection.
Conduct new employee onboarding including orientation paperwork completion and benefits enrollment.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies procedures and general inquiries.
Address employee concerns and guide employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
Develop update and communicate HR policies procedures and employee handbook.
Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment changes and inquiries.
Assist in compensation analysis job evaluations and make recommendations for salary adjustments.
Assist in the employee performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and career development plans.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data generate HR reports and ensure data confidentiality.
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with legal counsel on HRrelated matters including employee grievances claims and audits.
