Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive event strategies to drive attendance and brand awareness
• Securing sponsorships and partnerships to support event funding and enhance the attendee experience
• Creating and managing event budgets ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control
• Coordinating logistics such as venue selection permits and equipment rental
• Leading and motivating a team of event staff and volunteers
• Collaborating with marketing teams to promote events and maximize reach
• Ensuring compliance with legal health and safety regulations
• Overseeing ticketing and registration processes
• Evaluating event success and identifying areas for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Business or related field
• Proven experience in organizing and managing largescale music festival events
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and securing event sponsorships
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget development and management
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in event planning software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in event management
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and travel as needed

• Some evening and weekend work may be required.
• Travel may be necessary depending on event locations.
