PROJECT MANAGER LEAD - ARABIC SPEAKER

Job Responsibilities: • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining the scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements. • Team Leadership: Lead a team of project managers and other staff members, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure successful project delivery. • Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives and deadlines. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes. • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, senior management, and external partners. • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and organizational requirements. • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track and within scope. • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, assessing the impact and communicating adjustments to stakeholders.
