Electro - mechanical Assembler Associate

Primary Responsibilities:

• This is a first shift (7am3:30pm) position MondayFriday.
• Under limited supervision duties include but are not limited to performing system and sub assembly level electronic component and small gauge wire builds.
• Upgrades and repairs will be performed by following assembly instructions and working to Mil standard drawings.
• Candidate must be able to follow written and verbal direction read and interpret engineering drawings wiring diagrams wire lists and connector pin outs of complex assemblies.
• Candidate must have mechanical assembly and electrical assembly experience of complex Navy shipboard assemblies to include various types of populated chassis thru hole CCAs and Component board assemblies.
• Candidate must be familiar with soldering crimping contacts and mechanical assembly to be considered for this opportunity.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools crimp tools and soldering irons.
• Knowledge and understanding of IPCA620 Wire and Cable Requirements & JSTD001 IPCA610 Soldering Requirements is a plus.
