The role:

• Manage the monthend and yearend close process including preparing
• and reviewing journal entries reconciliations and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations
• for improving financial performance.
• Lead the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
• Lead the day to day accounting tasks including payables receivables and
• general ledger.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and
• improve efficiencies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and
• procedures.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance; CPA or equivalent certification
• preferred.
• 3 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles with at least 2
• years managing complex accounting tasks.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and regulations mainly
• focusing on Swiss GAAP.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with
• Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret
• complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to
• collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Detailoriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet
• deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Commitment to integrity confidentiality and professionalism.
• Fluent German and English
