Overview:

Key Responsiblities:

• Install maintain and repair electrical control wiring and lighting systems
• Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints
• Adhere to safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with engineers electricians and other trades in installation and safety checks
• Provide training to junior technicians
• Participate in the development of electrical maintenance plans

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program
• Valid electricians license
• Proven experience as an electrician and technician
• Strong understanding of electrical theory and practices
• Ability to work in various environments and be on call
• Proficient in using electrical and hand tools
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Knowledge of industry safety practices
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail
