Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the production team to achieve production targets and objectives
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules
• Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repair activities
• Manage production budgets and expenses
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Implement quality control measures to meet product specifications
• Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior production management role
• Demonstrated expertise in mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes
• Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling
• Excellent knowledge of quality control and assurance processes
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools
• Outstanding leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make strategic decisions and prioritize effectively
• Indepth understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
