Estimation Engineer

1. Timely estimation of quantities of all items of work and prepare BOQs as required
2. Visit site prior to preparing BoQs and ensure site specific conditions are covered in item descriptions or scope of work and sent to Contracts
3. Verify BOQs prepared by external consultant for accuracy of quantities coverage of all items of work and own it
4. Study drawings and ensure that all Designs and Technical specification are translated into standard and acceptable instructions drawings
5. Maintain records related to estimation such as drawing revisions dates emails and reproduce the same if required
6. Ensure that all items of works are sent to Contracts dept and extra items nontendered) items of work are least and maintain records for the
7. Prepare item descriptions and scope of work to ensure completeness and to cover all aspects related to a particular activity
8. Coordinate with Construction Managers PMO Team Design Teams External Consultants etc. as necessary
9. Coordination with Project team and Billing team as required
10. Comparison of Designs based on VE protocols and amendments of items as and when necessary
