Billing Specialist For Active Pooling

Responsibilities

• Process and review client invoices for accuracy
• Provide assistance to clients with billingrelated questions and concerns
• Update company database with client payment information
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficient billing processes
• Manage accounts receivable aging reports
• Oversee the collection and recording of payments from clients
• Assist in monthend close procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in billing or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Strong organizational skills
• Detailoriented and able to identify errors
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
