Payroll Controller DACH mfd

We are now looking for a Payroll Controller DACH (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group!

Tasks

• Review and validate payroll transactions
• Manage payroll budget forecast and manning planning
• Assess optimal staffing solutions including insourcing and outsourcing
• Act as a sparring partner to the Hotel General Managers to drive productivity
• Monitor and manage overtime holidays and sick leave
• Handle withholding tax settlements
• Validate pay raises shift payments and overtime compensation
• Plan workforce and FullTime Equivalents (FTEs) as well as personnel costs in collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hotels
• Support yearend and monthend closures and monthly reporting in coordination with Finance Controlling
• Develop and enhance HR controlling processes including hours planning target vs. actual comparisons and productivity assessments
• Calculate HR provisions and accruals
• Import statistical metrics into SAP and perform plan vs. actual comparisons.
• Calculate monthly allocations
• Serve as a contact person for auditors statistics and external inquiries related to reporting and income determination

Requirements

• Proven experience as a payroll controller or in a comparable role
• Exceptional proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work independently prioritize tasks and make informed decisions
• Strong communication skills coupled with a dedicated work ethic and positive attitude
• Adaptability and proficiency in navigating a dynamic and fastpaced work environment
• Capability to excel in a matrix organizational structure
• Proficient in building effective relationships with key stakeholders and establishing internal and external networks
• Comfortable and adept at collaborating with senior stakeholders within the business
