You will be responsible to provide sourcing and logistical support for the Cabin Crew Recruitment team to generate and deliver effective candidate talent pipelines for corporate roles. Other key responsibilities will include: .
Engage with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and job profiles to deliver candidates .
Edit/write candidate job profiles/briefs as required .
Support Talent Acquisition Specialists with creation of assessment tasks/tools .
Schedule candidates and Hiring Managers for interview/assessment centers (online/face-to-face) .
Ensure all relevant documentation is complete to process for hiring approval .
Liaise with Talent Acquisition on-boarding team to ensure efficient and timely on boarding of selected candidates .
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout on-boarding .
